Rigorous Game Selection Process
Each game undergoes a minimum 6-week evaluation period by the Approvals Committee, which will then forward it to the Personnel Committee to evaluate Committee Requirements. The process continues until it reaches the Games Committee, having visited most of our committees at least once to ensure maximum optimization!
Comprehensive Rules Documentation
Every game comes with detailed rules, subsections, amendments, and footnotes. The Rules Clarification Committee has thoughtfully prepared FAQ documents for the FAQ documents. Confusion is not tolerated and will be escalated to the Dispute Resolution Working Group.
Fair and Balanced Scoring System
Our proprietary scoring algorithm has been calibrated and audited by the Independent Score Verification Agency. All results are subject to review, appeal, counter-appeal, and final arbitration.
Transparent Governance
We believe in accountability. That's why we've established two oversight committees, along with an undersight committee. We want to ensure maximum trust and transparency between the organization and participating competitors.

The Holiday Games Initiative assumes no liability for fun-related injuries, ego damage, or competitive friendship strain. By participating, you agree to hold harmless all committees, subcommittees, and working groups.
Privacy Notice
Your gameplay data will be collected, analyzed, archived, and reviewed by multiple committees. This information may be cited in future governance and will be stored and shared with as many ad providers as possible.
Compliance Requirements
All participants must complete mandatory onboarding, including reviewing the Code of Conduct, Acceptable Use Policy, and signing the Participant Agreement. Training materials will be distributed via the official channels.
Documentation Standards
All game proposals must follow Form HG-2024-A format. Incomplete submissions will be returned with detailed feedback from our several review committees within 4-6 weeks.
