Holiday Mini Games Rules
Official rules and guidelines for all participants
1. Participation
All participants must register before the event begins. Late arrivals may join ongoing games at the discretion of the game coordinator.
2. Sportsmanship
Good sportsmanship is expected at all times. Trash talk is encouraged but should remain friendly and in good spirits.
3. Fair Play
Cheating is strictly prohibited. If you're caught cheating, you will be disqualified from that game and lose any points earned.
4. Safety First
Physical games must be played safely. No moves that could injure other players are allowed.
5. Equipment Care
All game equipment must be treated with care. Damaged equipment may result in disqualification.
Point Distribution
- 1st place: 10 points
- 2nd place: 7 points
- 3rd place: 5 points
- 4th place: 3 points
- 5th place and beyond: 1 point for participation
Ties
In the event of a tie, tied players will share the combined points for their positions, divided equally.
Score Verification
All scores will be recorded immediately after each game. Players are responsible for verifying their scores before moving to the next game.
Each game will have its own specific rules explained before play begins. Please pay attention to the game coordinator's instructions.
Rule Clarifications
If you have questions about game rules, ask the game coordinator before the game starts. During gameplay, the coordinator's decisions are final.
Time Limits
Most games will have time limits. When time expires, the current state of the game determines the winner.
Raising a Dispute
Disputes must be raised immediately at the conclusion of a game. Delayed disputes will not be considered.
Resolution Process
The game coordinator will review disputes and make a final decision. If multiple coordinators are present, they may confer before deciding.
Final Decisions
All coordinator decisions are final. Remember, we're here to have fun together!
Respect
Treat all participants with respect. Discrimination, harassment, or bullying will not be tolerated.
Language
Keep language appropriate for all ages. Excessive profanity or offensive language is not allowed.
Alcohol and Substances
Follow venue rules regarding alcohol. Intoxication that affects gameplay or behavior may result in removal from games.
Photography and Recording
Photos and videos may be taken during the event. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform the organizers.
Rule Changes
Rules may be modified at the organizer's discretion to ensure fairness and fun for all participants. Changes will be announced before they take effect.
